"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant was not crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case."

"Excellent!. McNellies is an excellent pub! Great food, great beverage choices, and a great atmosphere! The place is huge too! We visited last night and ordered the fish and chips and club sandwich. By far, it was one of the best fish and chips I've had! The batter is different than most places and less greasy. They have great salads and an excellent selection of beer. One of our favorite places to hang out on the weekends!"

"We had a great time! The environment is giving nostalgia vibes. We had a great experience. To bowl for an hour plus rent shoes was $42. Not bad at all compared to other places in the city. We will definitely be back."

"No service. I can't say for sure if this place has good food or service because I didn't get ANY at all. My husband and I went to the bar last night for a late night cap, but not one of the many employees (we saw 3-4) behind the bar acknowledged us. Not a smile in sight. Not- a nothin! It was pretty busy but we waited politely.... And, decided to spend the rest of the evening at Empire because I think we were being ignored."

"The appetizers were amazing things you don't really see at other restaurants (get the fruit and cheese plate you won't be disappointed! . The glazes on the steak and the other meats were a bit heavy, so I would ask that they are served on the side or that the kitchen go light on them. The desserts, oh my, the desserts! Don't deny yourself splurge and get a dessert!"
