"Without being served. The service in this place is at best abysmal. Shortly after the traditional lunch hour. The patio was completely empty and there were some open places in the dining area. Waited 5 minutes until the hostess stood back to the hostess to show us to a table. Wait for a server at the table for 30 minutes. I tried in vain to mark one down. It became clear that we are not served. Another table of four next to our table was sitting before our arrival. No server visited the table. After 35 minutes we went out. Nobody even told us when we got up and were gone. Needless to say, none of us will ever set foot again. I don't know what it's going to take for Alice Cooper to get from his duff and make some overdue employees changes to this place, but this place is a total embedding. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Why I gave it a very high rating is because of servers like Roma, Regina, Guiardo and others. They have an outstanding team of people. Food is ok, prices are fairly high, inside the restaurant it needs a serious makeover. Outside seating could use some new furniture. The people make the difference."
