"Stopped in for a quick drink while walking through Yale Town. Wasn’t really expecting too much but based on the decor from the street it seemed like a nice place to make a pit stop. Service was good. Our server stopped in on us enough to make sure our drinks were refreshed and that we wanted for nothing. The drinks were on point and the ambiance was pleasant. The music selection was a great touch. Next time I’m in Vancouver, I’ll be sure to try out the food."

"I had a terrible day today and finally gave my notice at work. I called up a pal of mine to have a beer later at night. We were in the kits area and decided to go to Romers.<br/ <br/ As we were seated the waitress noticed the hostess forgot to give us happy hour menus. Minus points for the hostess... But none the less we were excited to see 5 dollar beers and 10 dollar nachos! Our service was excellent from our server and when we asked for the bill, you get a complementary dessert when you fill out their survey, wow nice surprise! <br/ <br/ Even though I had a bad day, I must say, I really like their late night happy hour menu. Sometimes you really don't want to stuff yourself before bed. This was perfect. Romers came through tonight and I felt a whole lot better. <br/"

"We didn't expect that. we had visions of a typical British pub that was warmed up with overcrowded equipment and a camein. the pub is cold, not comfortable, more like a caffe. we were also disappointed that we could not order lunch, just brunch. the food was tasty, the service was friendly, my drink was tasty, but we would not go back; did not take care of the accusation."

"We were in Vancouver to meet some friends & we decided on going out to dinner at their favourite restaurant. This proved to be the nicest place that we've been to in Vancouver. Good menu, pleasant ambiance and attentive staff (Patrick went the extra mile to ensure that we all had a pleasurable meal). The added bonus for us was that the noise level allowed us to converse easily at the table - a rare treat for us as many of places we've been to in Vancouver are too noisy for comfortable conversation. Highly recommended."
