"Awful Waffle House. I don’t expect much from Waffle House anyway, but this one is the worst of the worst! Walked in and NO ONE was in there but there was TRASH (cans, bottles, take out containers) on every single table and counter but one side. Waitress told us that side was closed…. Um why? Then I said well where can we sit? She said any table that’s clean. I said I’m not seeing any other clean table and she just ignored me. Looked at my friends and said let’s go somewhere else then and left. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered to take two minutes and clean up the one trash item on each table and wipe one down. Seemed very intentional like they just didn’t want us to stay considering trash such as cans and bottles weren’t even served there. Get new staff ASAP or shut this place down!!!"

"We decided to stopped at this restaurant after we left the Derby, and I’m glad we did. The food was great! My bf ordered the steak and I ordered the cordon bleu…we started with the octopus and let me tell you, it was delicious! If you like garlic which I do! I would absolutely recommend the grilled octopus. The cordon bleu comes with mashed potato, very creamy and a white sauce that absolutely complemented the plate. The steak cooked to perfection and so good! It comes with carrots and broccoli…also, comes with a great chimichurri sauce! My boyfriend ordered a bourbon drink he loved and I ordered the French bottle of wine. Service and ambiance A+ If you like art, this restaurant it’s connected to a small gallery. When in Louisville, go to the Proof for a magnificent experience"

"Absolutely terrible waited in the line yesterday night 9/24 for 1 hour and 45 minutes. it had to be 20 cars in the line. only 5 or 6 of 20 in the 1h 45mins were waited. When I finally came by the hired by the drive, I didn't even let myself speak and said I'm sorry that my manager said we were just taking over and door dash, which I tried to ask if I could slip after almost 2 hours, but they ignored me. they have to fire all night shift personnel at this place. I never wait more than 7 minutes on the car through any time of the day in a taco bell."
