"I go to this pret as my brunch spot at uni nearly everyday recently. This morning I picked my baguettes and when I was trying to pay, I found out that I left my wallet at home with all my cash and my cards in it. The line behind me was so long and I was totally embarrassed. The blond lady there was so nice and after waiting patiently for me digging my bag, she said it's alright don't panic you can have it for free. I couldn't express my gratitude enough for her kindness and consideration for other's little dignity when things like that happened. I promised her I will come back tomorrow to pay and I will. Loads of thanks and respect for this lady and a pret like this. Definitely have to come the following everyday!"

"We booked through OpenTable, but unfortunately our booking was not there. Fortunately, they had tables when we took our parents for a treat when they stayed from Scotland for Easter. Booked via IHG side so that the problem can be there, not safe. Either way, not great to get to the venue and no booking! The food was nice and the staff was friendly. Good portions and delicious. Not really a restaurant environment, more a shopping mall experience, that is good, but not for special occasions."

"The decor is very eighties American psycho . The maitre de was overworked and forgot us and had to find us a table even though we booked . The table was dirty and he forgot to return with the drinks we ordered . However .... when we got our waiter for the evening he was a fantastic guy from Hungary who was attentive and spent a long time trying to find a wine for us . He was energetic and really helpful and we were all impressed with him . The food was good , but the steak was very fatty . On the whole we had a good night , but we wouldn’t return in a hurry ."
