"I was disappointed with my recent visit to Panera Bread. The restaurant was very dirty, and the floors and tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. On top of that, the chicken chili I ordered was cold and lacked flavor. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but cleanliness and the temperature of the food should always be a priority. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future customers."

"This place is awesome! Go to their instagram/facebook for the password to get in. It's right in the middle of downtown McKinney and you can easily walk past it (We did). The drinks are fantastic and high quality. The music/environment is awesome as well.The staff is extremely nice and patient. Be prepared for it to be packed on the weekends. Great time!"
