"Superior customer service! Burgers, onion rings were hot, hot, hot, delicious, and saw appetite. Coke tasted like... From a bottle and fizzy! And you know what? Food area was clean and well kept, as well as the rest room. Very happy with this Burgerville! Salute to all who are assigned to this store. My only regret; not more than the 20% offered."

"The food looks simple but don’t discredit it : Please note that the majority of 1-3 star reviews are either take out/delivery or they visited during peak hour. This last time I went was about 50 minutes before closing, and we had a great experience. We were only a party of two but we were able to sit at a 4-top, and our food was delivered to our table less than 10 minutes after ordering. I ordered the breakfast burrito with no sour cream (hence why my plate looks so empty , and the sandwich is the chipotle turkey. The burrito was 3 meals for me, and the sandwich is at least 2 meals. We paid about $13 per meal, and it was worth every penny. This is the most affordable sit-down restaurant in the area (besides a bar/pub , and in my opinion the highest quality. The owner is wonderful, I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Definitely stop by, if not for food at least a smoothie."

"I can only assume the place is short staffed. Took some time for us to be seated despite open seats. Service was slow. What we hoped would be an hour process took two hours. Enjoyed the lemonade. Food was good for me, chicken and egg waffles Benedict was tasty. Hash browns seems like was just broiled, wasn't cooked thoroughly. Partner was not a fan at all."

"We took our host family here to taste the Walla Walla Onion Rings and they felt that the Walla Walla Burger was one of the best burgers. I tried and had to agree. The strawberry shakes and the vanilla we also shake amazingly. Service was fast, no shortage of employees here and they were very friendly. I need to get there more often. Too bad they closed near home a few years ago."

"Refused to serve me water with my meal. because we can only serve soda at meals, some had to go with the cashier to give me a cup of ice. This is on a 92 degree day. also ordered onion rings that tasted just like fish."
