I love Burgerville. Like that it's a PNW establishment. Like that they use local ingredients. Today though, the waffely fries were room temp, and I asked for ketchup to be added to my burger but it was not, and based on how long it took to hand my shake, they forgot to start it when I ordered. Not biggie, but hot fries are an expectation, not a bonus. Still tasted good. read more.
