"I'm a regular here but the food is always amazing and well worth a visit. Choice of freshly cooked hot food (Sausage/Bacon/Egg Baguette or Rolls) and always amazing choice of tasty home made cakes. Great coffee, cold drinks and loads of different ice creams ..lollies (in the summer)."

"Upon visiting this morning, I was met with a familiar scenario of being asked to wait in a parking bay for my drive-through order. This is a recurring issue at this particular outlet, but what transpired next was beyond disappointing. After a 30-minute wait with no update or delivery of my order, I had no choice but to seek a refund due to time constraints. The customer service, or rather the lack thereof, was astonishing. Upon entering the restaurant to address my issue, one of the staff members, after a brief interaction, was whispered to by a manager and then proceeded to walk away, completely ignoring me. I stood there, bewildered and unattended, until I had to assertively repeat my request for a refund. The manager's reluctant response and the overall handling of the situation were both unprofessional and disrespectful. This incident was not just about a delayed order; it was about the complete disregard for customer time and the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism from the management team. This experience has significantly tainted my view of McDonald's customer service standards, particularly at this location."
