"Good standard of mcdonald’s with quite fast service. make sure that if they order in-restaraunt their order behind people who have ordered via delivery apps is depressed, they might wait much longer than they would expect at peak times. eating is hot and the staff is friendly."

"For a chain the coffee was good, the service pretty good (although with only one member of staff on fairly slow) but the views from upstairs which is light and airy with plenty of room are great. Toilets clean."

"Disappointing. We stop at cafes and tea rooms all over Warwickshire at least three times a week on our bike rides. We arrived at about 11am, with only 2 people in the queue ahead of us the 30+ minute wait to be served was exceptionally long. The tea room is nicely presented but the acoustics are terrible even though it was less than half full . Two of the cups put on our table were chipped/cracked. Then the bill came – this is the most expensive cup of tea in the area £2.95 and I was overcharged for the toast! cold by the time we got it and not great by a long shot! . They oringinally tried to charge me for 3 rounds of toast not 3 slices! They did reduce the bill on my questioning of it, but on getting home and calling them I found out I had still been overcharged it's 18 miles too far for me to pop back and get my change as they said I could . Whilst the staff are pleasant enough and the space is OK the menu is overpriced and the service disorganised and slow. We won’t be going back there again so they have lost a group of potentially regular customers."

"We wanted a coffee as we were in town, walked in and walked straight back out as it was dark and stiflingly hot and it was only warm outside. Couldn't even face a drink in that atmosphere. Get some decent aircon and use it!!"

"A large group of us recently stayed here for 3 nights and there is nothing we could fault! The location is perfect, rooms were warm cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing and they were very accommodating for any changes to the menus which is especially helpful as we had 4 children with us! We also had the Sunday lunch which again was amazing we had over 12 people all eating sunday lunch and everything came out together with no issues (the restaurant was also full) so it was quite impressive! The food and drinks prices where reasonable and reflected the area we were staying in. All the staff went above and beyond with every request and believe me we had quite a few! Everyone was happy to help and made us feel very welcome. I can honestly say we had no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay we can be quite picky so it makes a change for us all to leave a hotel/ bar restaurant with no complaints. The only slight improvement I would recommend is more accesible plug sockets in the room but for this to be the only thing we can comment on then they're are definitely doing things right! Tash the team are doing a great job we all would highly recommend both the hotel the restuarant/ bar. We will definitely stay again when we come to warwick."
