We've just had a late breakfast at Alexa Lauren. What a joy to find beautifully made American pancakes with high quality maple syrup on offer....

"Visited this cafe just by chance looking for somewhere for a warm drink to get out of the rain with our dog 'The Bear '. Was welcomed in and guided to a table downstairs. So t be fooled with the view from outside. There 's loads of space indoors. Brilliant service and made such a fuss of our choccy Lab. Ordered 2 teas and a banana split.
