"Very unprofessional. This is an incident of July 2, 2022. Visited Fresno, we came to this place for dinner. 20 minutes and no table service. Then an Indian waitress came by and apologised for the delay, as a waiter was out of service and the restaurant was busy with what we were watching, there were 2 other tables except us). We said this is not a problem and started the order. Disclaimer: The rest of this review is really about the service of the waitress and cannot reflect the quality of the service of other waiters. We ordered a number of products appetizers, drinks, curry and bread) and the waitress said that 1 curry would not be enough for the table we were 3 adults) she forced us to order more 3 times. We said we'll order later if necessary. That?s when the Fiasco began the waitress insisted that we order immediately and that we did not allow later the restaurant had 3 good hours to close). We said we'd be fine with what we've already ordered, and she forced us to order more. Then she comments that it is worthless that she waits the table when such quantities are ordered and a face made with a ?go to hell? Expression. That was by far the rude service we have received in our lives. We canceled the order and went. At all this there was a party of 6 that came in and was chased rudely out of the restaurant, that tortured?busty? and ?can?t handle? from the same waitress. There were empty tables. What is it worth? Curry out Clovis? in the same area equal kitchen, less expensive, but wonderful food and people!"

"Marvelous!. Other reviewers must have had a really bad day or expect a $60 meal for 7.98(the cost of lunch) or 11.98(supper). We are fussy eaters who eat asian and every other kind of food worldwide and we love this place and go back often. In fact only the most expensive buffets in Vegas can surpass it. The Chinese buffets in Fresno don't even come close! Xlnt sushi of a dozen kinds with a japanese sushi chef in residence, or pick out your abundant fresh ingredients for a custom fried plate of meat and veggies or soup or choose from about a dozen well made Chinese dishes and for lunch 3 or 4 good seafood choices or 5 or 6 for supper and a great salad bar and good fresh fruit etc etc. Your drink is refilled promptly without asking. Great value for the money!"

"Stopped by Sunday night 7:00 pm, found that in dining was closed but drive through was open, love this Foster's because it's the last one I found in the area with Taquitos. They have moved to give you 2 instead of 3, but they make up with a large portion of Quac."

"My experience at 13 Prime Restaurant was absolutely fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for a better anniversary dinner. The Filet Diane that I ordered was cooked to perfection and came with complimentary mashed potatoes and veggies that were mouth-wateringly delicious. My girlfriend ordered the filet mignon with lobster, and she was blown away by how amazing it tasted. It was definitely one of the best steaks and lobsters she's ever had!But what made our evening even more special was the incredible service we received from our server Ben. He recommended a refreshing cocktail that I loved, and he was always quick to bring our food and make recommendations. He never let our drinks get empty, and he made us feel so well taken care of. And to top it off, the restaurant surprised us with a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a touching gesture that made the evening even more special, and we felt truly appreciated.Overall, 13 Prime Restaurant exceeded our expectations with the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. We had an amazing time, and we're already planning to come back soon. Thank you to the team at 13 Prime Restaurant for making our anniversary dinner so memorable and special!Side-note: Unfortunately we did not take pictures of our dinner as we wanted to enjoy the moment but we did get a couple to show the cocktail I ordered and the beautiful and delicious dessert."

"I enjoy ordering from here. It's a clean, popular location and the staff are respectful. I've had no issues with my orders. However, a couple of times at 5am the drive thru was closed even though Google says it's open 24 hours everyday."
