"The place has a beautiful view overlooking gardens and a stunning lake ..... the staff were extremely attentive and helpful and walked us through the menu..... As there were too many enticing choices on the menu I decided to go for the summer tasting menu .... the first course was an oscietre caviar with cucumber on a thin black currant infused jelly ..... it was a well balanced mixture of delicate flavors and very refreshing would definitely recommend it highly .... next came the crayfish in shellfish butter and carrot mouse ..... was also good but have had better ..... this was followed by the sea bass which was the star of the night .... it was just perfect ..... an absolute treat .... and finally before the cheese board came the veal from Lucerne which was the weakest dish of the evening and average at best .... the cheese board was outstanding and had a huge variety to select from ... all in all a good experience and a great location. Definitely worth coming and sitting outside and enjoying the view ...."

"A nice restaurant in a nice setting, with a pleasant terrace for outside sitting. the menue is rather small (Sunday lunch), the food ok, and the prices rather up, like about everywhere in Lausanne. but as many places are closed on a Sunday for lunch, it still was the best we could find."
