"We had had Samba grill recommended to us and i looked on TripAdvisor and every raved about it,so as we were in Noosa we thought we try it. Well we got the $28 meal each which included 3 meats, which were yummy and a choice of 3 sides, there wasn't many sides to choose from. I choose a cabbage like coleslaw, rice, thought it would be fancy,but only white rice and chips. Very basic meal, not impressed at all. would never go back."

"We lucked onto Gusto, after abandoning a Tapas themed restaurant nearby, where we waited a very long time to receive a couple of pretty disappointing dishes. We originally went in to Gusto for dessert and coffee, but on looking at the menu, decided on a main as well. The food was excellent - pistachio creme brulee was amazing, as was my partner's bread & butter pudding. Both of our mains were delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly, well versed in the menu and provided great service.We will definitely be back next time we visit the area."

"Recently had breakfast with a group, very average meals for all of us.Avo on toast literally came out with a slice of toast and half an avocado on the side in its skin - do it yourself style. Could have done that at home.Refused to split the bill despite us being the only ones in the restaurant, which is fine, but no need to be so rude about it.Can't recommend."

"Just enjoyed our lunch. Warm professional telephone booking experience....same on checking-in. Produced confirmation of inoculations excellent enabled us to enjoy ourselves. So...general cleanliness excellent, glasses and flatware sparkling, menu balanced and cuisine did not disappoint. So refreshing. Waitress switched on, wine menu sufficient. General experience gets five stars because all criteria on the plus side. Recommend highly"

"Some of my most memorable experiences in the past few years have been meals in a chef 's table format where you share with perhaps some 15 or 18 people it becomes a very personal and involving experience with the chef as he prepares, delivers...and includes the gathering in group discussions of the food and provenance. Typically, these events are found in New York, Europe and Japan and I had no expectation of such enjoyment so close to home. This experience was a collaboration of chefs, Josh Smallwood and Zeb Gilbert with food supplied by nearby farms Maravista and Honeysuckle Hill Farms. It was a wonderful experience shared with a few with common interests who quickly became good friends the setting is perfect a small intimate boutique space without the formality of a large dining room. There were probably 12 courses, each superb and hard to pick favourites amongst them but at no time did it feel like the tortuous long winded degustation of so many top restaurants a wonderful evening and hopefully there will be many more to come. Amazing quality from the farms and beautifully prepared by 2 top chefs."

"We had our wedding reception at Noosa Waterfront Restaurant and Bar and it was amazing! The venue is absolutely stunning and it's a great venue for canapé followed by sit down dinner style wedding with plenty of room for dance floor and different spaces for people to relax. The team were fantastic, we didn't have to worry about a thing all night and the communication leading up to the wedding was great. All questions answered and options explored. The team also seemed to work incredibly well with all our other vendors. The food was great, all our guests were very happy although there could have been just a little more of the mains to go around. Organising speeches, cake cutting and cake serving was all seamless. The evening wrapped up a little earlier than we expected, perhaps a communication issue, however this didn't impact the evening overall."
