"Stayed 1 night can’t check in until 3.30 pm check out by 10.30 am.Payed for sea view but put us in side elevation room which wasn’t over looking the sea.Room was extremely small and very hot 2 windows opened about 6 inches.One plus breakfast was beautiful."

"A fantastic snug hole in the wall cafe, ice cream, savouries and drinks, did I mention cakes??Fantastic special scotch eggs, lovely gruyere filled croissant, delicious vegan sausage roll good coffee great service and perfect soundtrack. We are back tomorrow for lunch x ps Victoria sponge was very tasty!!"

"Whilst this may sound weird to some, I believe that some establishments can get away with having marginally disappointing beer, food, or service is the aesthetic is right and have that certain je ne sais quoi. We found The Sloop by doing a google search for dog friendly pubs within the vicinity when visiting Pembrokeshire a few weeks ago. As we drove down into the hamlet it became very obvious that this was a popular choice as whilst there was quite a lot of parking it was going to be a challenge to find a free space. I don't know whether we had the option to sit inside as we tend to not when we have the pups with us and anyway what's a little drizzle on holiday? (let the records show that drizzle became redefined in July of 2023).. I cannot think of anything that I did not like about The Sloop, including location and setting, atmosphere at the bar, the welcome from staff, food and drinks. There were some local Ale options which of course I was compelled to try as part of my mantra to aid local business and all of which were well kept. We will definitely seek out the place more deliberately when next in the area."

"After reading and testifying the following review personally, I wanted to write a positive review of this hotel! I myself and my partner have nothing to complain about, we had a nice dinner and breakfast (that is not bad and toast). the personal was welcoming and informative, even us suggesting when we best come back we will definitely come back in summer time! the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. yes, the restaurant is busy in the evening, but that is what is expected when they stay in a hotel with a restaurant. from our room we have no troubles to play music too loud, apart from hearing the wind! ha! would definitely recommend everyone who thinks to stay here."
