"Simply amazing. We had a long wait as we did not make reservations and there were 12 of us!!!! When a table came available, I asked the waiter if we didn't get done by the time the Lighted Truck Parade went by could we go out on the patio to watch it? He said absolutely, but he was sure they could get us out before it started. 12 of us all fed and happy out watching the truck parade in just over an hour!!!!! And they gave us complementary appies for our long wait in line!!!! Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you sooooo much."

"Turned up Sunday evening and restaurant half full. Told by one waitress to pick a table then told by another we would have to wait for a table to clear....rather than joining other open tables togetherShowed no willingness to be flexible and just shrugged shouldersSo we went elsewhere - to Cafe Mexico round the corner which was excellent - so would suggest you go directly there"

"We visit Willows beach each time we visit the Victoria area. Its a great spot for a brisk walk and the Tea Shop is a welcome break. The service is great, the views are panoramic, and the tea and light snacks/sweets are good fare. It's not exactly quaint, but it's warm and welcoming. (Oh, and the toilets are just a few steps away in the park."

"We gave this place a second try after a very disappointing visit a while back. Very sad to report this is still the slowest service I have ever experienced. We met friends here at 10 am for breakfast. Seated quickly but that was the quickest part. One of our party doesn't like eggs so she asked for a Quesadilla and was told that she would check with the kitchen. She came back and said that normal lunch starts at 11. No problem - she ordered a BLT. Well we waited and waited and ...... Finally a hour after we were first seated we got our food. Now it was after 11. The food great, our server Jenny was great. I am not sure what the problem was but I am guessing the kitchen. You are going to have to fix Vern. It is an embracement."

"It’s so fun getting all i wanna eat as much as i crave. it’s a buffets style n you pay by weight. perfect for both big eaters n small eaters my non-veg friend loved here too lots of gf options n all the ingredients can be found next to the food name. next time i gotta try their sweets, cakes n ice cream"
