"Tried calling several times at different times to place cake orders. When I called the gas station that it's located in to see if they were even opened, they confirmed yes BR is opened and the man is there. That must be the same man all the horrible reviews are about. Called the Kapolei location and someone answered and happily took my order. Glad to give my business to a place that actually wants it- Kapolei. Save yourself the time energy and just drive past this location."
