"Decided to try the Springs for lunch. When we entered we were greeted immediately and sat at a table. We were told the specials of the day. The waitresss returned for our drink orders with glasses of ice water. She recommended a cocktail for my friend, I had a glass of very nice red wine. Wine menu is nice, not too large but lots of selections. Most aren't available by the glass but those that were are nice wines. My friend had the tuna tartar and the beet and goat cheese salad. I had the homemade black bean burger with fries. My friend loved her tuna. My meal was great as well. The fries were some of the best I've had. Salted perfectly. The burger had a nice crunch on the outside and was a great texture on the inside. I can't wait to go back and try dinner there. Our waitress was excellent. Friendly, warm and personable. I'm kicking myself I didn't try this place sooner."

Pros: An atmosphere that transports you outside London as it feels like an authentic brewhouseExcellent beer/ciders with plenty of diversity A menu that features items to please virtually any foodieCons:The service has either been fantastic or somewhat inattentiveA few of my meals were slightly average with the meat being noticeably dryOverall, I choose to visit Toboggan for the Beer Flights, but they offer several menu items that enhance the positive experience.
