"We stopped for a quick lunch when passing through Saintes. It ended up not being quick at all due to the very slow poor service. We were basically ignored unless we waved the wait staff down. To make matters worse there was literally a rock in my salad the size of dice! When we informed the waitress she barely apologized and there was no further acknowledgment. The food was ok for the type of restaurant it is and the price was average."

"We stopped here on a quit Sunday and this place was one of the few that was opened. We ordered a pizza each and as a starter some calamari. The Calamares came straight from the freezer, so was for sure overprized in my opinion. The pizza's were made from scratch right in front of us, and were super tasty. We were not sure why she waited 30 min before making them as we were the only people in there and there was nobody picking up any pizza's either."
