"... then don't expect the chefin to be friendly. the service idea does not apply to you. darker table in the passage to the door, the unfortunately false supplied food was removed without a word of excuse and the new teller pasta put down without comment. the chef also personally wears the card on the table or offers his own creations. that I find everything very attentive and stylish. We and 2 other couples weren't, a class society, unfortunately...But: the high-quality and high-priced food is excellently prepared and tastes delicious!"

"Ate here twice in my one-week trip to Stade. Had a dish that was a mix of gyro lamb and pork that was excellent. Thought it was odd to have greek without hummus though. Service was nice. Don't pass on the ouzo after your meal."

"Good portions to moderate trips. the selection of dressing is quite large, as different variants of the same are offered. there is a ouzo to the house in front. places are also four tables outside and very popular with good weather, because rather quiet next street. the service is flott and authentic friendly. an original is the sister of the owner, who probably still doesn't speak a word German, with her nice way but makes up for everything."

"Always, if we have hot hunger on Turkish cuisine, it goes in sweet fresh food from the charcoal grill, super prepared and the delicious Turkish pre-prices. for us always a joyful soul. the atmosphere is pleasant. the personal extremely friendly and the tee is a self-evident as welcome."

"It is surprising that so little positive reviews were given for this restaurant. The Reetdachhaus can not be optimal due to its size as a dining room, but the nice service and the good food let them forget quickly. But now for our personal impression: Actually we could have ordered Burrata as an appetizer. We love this melting cream core when opening the mozarella cheese. Unfortunately, Quinoa was also in salad. And we don't like it. A fashion food that can easily be replaced by cereals. So we decided for the Kalbsgrat sous vide. This delicate, carefully cooked piece of meat in the water bath was a revelation. The calf is back on the tongue. In contrast to our other inclination we ordered a vegetarian dish as a main dish from the heading Rustic. Grilled ravioli with tomatoes Sage Pesto and Scarmoza. This cheese, similar to Mozarella and then suspended in a pear form, usually for drying, so rather a compact fresh cheese, harmonized very well with the parmesam foam and rounded off the shell perfectly. There was only one place for the two, self-made, Sorbet. Conclusion: An ambitious kitchen with air and lots of potential. What the culinary delicacies in the Stade district are clearly lifted from the touristic dining centres, which are usually saturated, but are not shiny with quality."
