"Excellent food and service, very expensive. My brother and I visited Travemünde for a long weekend and we ate there every night, we also took our parents for two nights. The food is very close to authentic Italian dishes, the wine list has a number of Italian wines and the waiters were all incredibly friendly, some of them recognized us after a few visits, helpful and fast. The place burst to the seams and we never had to wait more than 20 minutes for our food. The decoration is beautiful and there are fleece blankets for each and terrace heating to take the cold of the evening. We will definitely return."

"This place is quite charming local place at the first glance. Once you order your drinks be ready to wait at least half an hour or longer. We ordered food when we finally got our drinks. This took took very long time as well and we were done with our drinks when the food finally arrived. The food was really subpar, tasteless and over-cooked. I never waste food, but iI couldn't finish my meal. Same applies to others in my group. Service was ok. Not recommend."

"The location is superb. The food is a bit less than average. We had a pizza, which was OK and a spaghetti carbonara, also OK, but readymade and withour uch taste. When asking for a small bottle of water they serve a brand imported from...Italy. I consequently downscale with one star when this happens on hotels and restaurants. It is a disgrace to let plain water travel thousands of kilometer in these climatedays. Prices are too high and service not very good"

"We had both lunch and supper here. Pizzeria is not a fair name. This is a good italian restaurant with a good choice of food and wines! And we loved both the food and the wine and the location. The service was a little up...and down, depending on the waiter/waitress (One of the waitresses was just fantastic serving many tables quickly and friendly, better than most"

"Dropped by without reservation a busy saturday evening; they quickly found us a table next to the kitchen which was quite okay. We had bruschette for starters (why is it that bruschette and crostini are confused even in Italian restaurants? and filetto di manzo with Gorgonzola sauce for main course. The quite small bruschette were okay, but I could easily have made them better at home. The filetto was not from the best part of the fillet; on the other hand there was really a lot of sauce. The dish was served with small, nicely tasting bread from the pizza oven. 61€ including one espresso and two grappe on the house. The service was attentive and friendly all the way throug although there were many people in the restaurant. I counted more than 10 different lamps in the restaurant, strange non matching colours on the walls and other hidious details... An okay place to go if you don't expect something too fine."

"Yesterday we used La Casa's additional house service for the second time. Although it would be quite understandable if the restaurant, as only used for pick-up or delivery service, seemed somewhat unpleasant, this was not the case at all. I really thought that was quite remarkable and really beautiful! The guest room was pleasantly heated, the wall lights radiated a cozy light into the so empty rooms... You wish it was full of cheerful guests and you yourself in the middle. A great praise for the operators who live the charm of the restaurant in so difficult times. The other facts are quickly said: Very nice operator, great food! We order again and look forward to a nice evening in your cozy garden with wine and your legendary Pizza Pane. Wait! Lucky for you!"
