"This place is exceptional. There 's a reason they have almost a perfect rating here. The selection of seafood is amazing, and everything is superb quality and always fresh. Moreover, the guys who work here really know their fish. You can ask them about any piece of fish in the place, they 'll tell you what it 's like, where it 's from, and even the best way to cook it. Some days I just walk in and say 'what 's good today? ' and they 'll recommend 4 or 5 things that stand out. But honestly, you could walk in here and blindly point at something behind the counter and you know it 's gonna be great. They also supply the fish for Blue Point Grill next door, same owners I believe, so if you 've been there (it 's amazing too) that 's the level of quality fish you can expect here. Absolute top shelf stuff."

"Depending on what you compare it with you can rate it differently. Anyway my own lobster meat was cold, overcooked and dry, the bun wasn't toasted and was soggy, I didn't feel any butter on the meat, no salad or anything else in the roll, a quarter of a pickle on the side with a small bag of cape cod chips. With the tip it's 25$ a piece. The service was fast and polite. Overall incomparable to the Main or Rhode island ones we've had for the same price. Not worth it."

"My husband and I are opening up a Restaurant here in. Palmer Square. Today we stopped in to check out the site we will be leasing and we grab lunch here at the sandwich and soup shop. Very nice staff and the food was excellent and fresh!!We had the wedding soup and an amazing steak salad. Delish!!! We will be frequenting this place often! "Certainly one of the best mid-priced restaurants in the area. You can get a good meal for under $20, and an excellent one with appetizers, dessert and wine for $100 a couple. The menu is varied and, from the things our party of five tried, consistently good. I had Linguine Al Frutta di Mare, which was light and tasty. They serve wine very inexpensively from the Hopewell Vineyard, which uses grapes from around the world and is quite decent. Cheerful service. Not quiet, though, if you're looking to conduct business or romance."
