"If I could put ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering here since they opened! Tonight will be my last. Place a simple order (tenders and a sandwich 2 hours ago. I know it can get busy so I waited patiently. After a hour and a half I called the restaurant wondering where my order was and was told it’s on the way. I then spoke with them again and they placed the driver on the phone (he was at the restaurant he told me he tried to deliver my food and spoke with someone that told him to go to a different address. When he read back my phone number he called the wrong number (typed it in incorrectly okay. Things happen right? He told me he was gunna come deliver my food and I still agreed to wait. (It’s late now and nothing is open and I worked all day and haven’t eaten yet. I then speak with the manager and she told me she’s not having the driver deliver the food and is going to refund me the order…. I was shocked that she rather lose a customer than just send the driver with the food that’s supposedly already made to me? I told her I have been waiting now 2 hours and a just canceling my order is suppose to be chill.. if she was the one in my shoes I don’t think she would have been so careless. But she was. She said oh well and that we shouldn’t be ordering to them anyway that we might be too far away. Imagine?? MIND YOU IVE ORDERED FROM HERE DOZENS OF TIMES. LOL. Just can’t believe a business could be so careless and unprofessional with their regulars. I will not be ordering here again and I will be sure to tell others not to. BEWARE of rude careless unprofessional manager. Plenty of great places to eat in Worcester don’t take the chance."

"The service was really good. We had them chose a couple of beers for our flights in our wheel house. Fun to have a element of surprise and they did a great job. French dip sandwich was the best we have ever had and the salad was delicious. Enjoy!"

"Platz was the right deal. Buffalo channels were so good that I put into a job before I left. the turkey dinner was amazing. felt as if I had appeared for Thanksgiving dinner, it was not disappointed. presumably expensive authentic eating, will be 100% back."

"Went to British Beer Company for dinner before a show. Restaurant was very loud, but once we were seated in the booth it was a little better. Took forever for our waitress to come over to the table, and once she did, she was no help. Asked her a question about a beer and her response was âI have no idea.â Food was fine, had the steak tips and beef stew. Thought there good have been a few more steak tips on the plate, but they were tasty. Would go back again maybe on a Friday or Saturday night for drinks at the bar."

"Atmosphere was extremely busy. Hardly had time to relax and enjoy our drinks and meal. There was someone walking by our table constantly. When you go there you get 2 servers which tends to get a little overbearing. We hardly got a moment alone without someone grabbing our bottle of water and pouring us a glass like we couldn't do it ourselves. Don't get me wrong they were extremely nice but it was a little much. The Alcohol drinks were good but that was basically it. Because the food was horrible. From the appetizers to the main course. Just not good. The Swordfish was overcooked and the vegetables were burnt to a crisp. The Haddock Lobster Newburg was Awful. The Ritz Cracker crust topping was nonexistent and sauce tasted burnt. We actually left there and went to Burger King to get something good to eat which didn't cost us nearly the $175 we paid at this place. Maybe we caught them on a bad night but spending that kind of money you expect the best. I wouldn't go there again."
