"I had shrimps and grits. I thought my standards were too high after I had this meal from another restaurant, but I was wrong. This meal is definitely by far the most delicious tasting shrimps and dimples I've ever had. They perfected the sauce until cooking the grottos. 10/10 would recommend. Her Calamari as an appetizer is also much larger than most places and they do not skip. I'll be back next year."

"Ice tea was great. Waitress was OK. Food was overpriced and ranged from marginally adequate to down right disgusting. Friend had the fish tacos which were tough and chew. The wifes crab cakes tasted fishy like it had spoiled. I spoked to the waitress. She did not offer to make it right. Live and learn. Too rich for my blood."

"My wife, I and two daughters have just eaten here and I have to say that the food and service are second to none. The asparagus soup, Dirty South Martini and the food we are excellent. We ordered the cheese plate, bread with honey truffle butter, blue crab cocktail, the fish and Sirloin cups, torment with goat cheese Mac n cheese and everything we are excellent. Since this is a tapas restaurant to be sure that you order many dishes, asparagus plates are appetizer size. If you are in the outer banks, make sure you strip and eat here. We're coming back!"

"Called early just when dinner service starts to place a takeout order for 10 people. Happy to wait, no rush. Half of our order was ?not available for takeout.? It?s not like we weren?t ordering 10 high priced entrees, but apparently they didn?t want ourbusiness and said it was nonnegotiable the takeout items we wanted were not for take out only for dine in. I?m an across theboard 20% tipper and with all of the extra orders of streamers our group wanted this was an easy 300- sale. Well not anymore.Had to regroup and get a whole new dinner order going. Great way to treat hungry, vacationing customers happy to drop a decentchunk of change on dinner. Oh well. We will happily bring our business to someplace that actually wants it."

"This place was okay. Our party of 9 was sitting relatively fast and appetizers came quite fast as well as options available for vegetarians. However, our entrees needed a very long time to get out, and our server did not give any updates when we get our food, as it seemed quite distracted by some of its female employees. Even though we were sitting at 730, we got our entrees by 9:00. Most of us ordered the fish of the day that cost us $32 each and it was quite overwhelming. Fish cuts were tiny, some of the rice was boiled, and the part was very small. We were ready at 9:10. Maybe smaller parties have more success, but I personally would not recommend this place."
