"Both my girlfriend and myself love BBQ and we have eaten at Sauced multiple times. The portions are generous. I had the Carolina Pulled Pork Dinner with baked beans and cornbread. The beans were spicier than I remember in the past, but still good. I used the Kansas City style sauce on the meat and it was also spicier than I expected. Toning it down with the sweet sauce made it just right for my taste."

"Book a reservation per week in advance, waited for 20 plus minutes and then got the worst table in the restaurant that was cold and could feel the rain. even if this was mentioned for a birthday party and not my first time there. overall was not happy with freezing and a wet table satisfied."

"Surprise. In an average shopping center there is a quality restaurant like this. I think of this as a single stone and mortar for quality. So don't let it go. My daughter got me out for dinner and cocktail. Wow! Everything was really delicious. I think the proverb is true: you get what you pay and sometimes it is really good quality at a fair price! Parking was easy. A cozy small corner place with a lot of seating. The huge bar was full of guests eating and drinking. Most people seemed well dressed or busy (after the amount of work?. I think it might have been sourdough? I only ate it because the oat butter had some herbs on it. I usually avoid gluten, but a slice was not hurt. We ordered the crab cakes. 2 per order. Definitely not too much bread. A crab cake. Offers and tasty with a great small crispy coating. I ordered the special grilled halibut with potatoes and green beans. I admit, I wish the fish was a bigger one because it was so amazing. The potatoes were cooked tenderly. But the green beans were perfect. I like vegetables to taste themselves, which does not mean cooked. You had a bang. The lemon sauce was good enough to drink in a cup. Of course I didn't mean it didn't happen. My daughter ordered the seafood risotto. I took a little bite from her fish was salmon. Buttery, delicate and tasty. However, the Mascarpone cheese was overwhelming and too much in the Risotto for me, the Risotto was crushed together and not loose bits. Taste a little like boxed Mac n cheese taste. I know this is a difficult description. But I did. My daughter loved it. It was a big portion and she brought home about 1/2. Then we shared my favorite all the time. Crime brûlée I can rarely say it was bomb! That's it. With a perfect thin layer of comminuted sugar. No complaints! Yummy with a dark coffee.."

"Food quality has gone down over the past few months. Entres come out like warm, fajitas were a soggy mess. Even the guac wasn't done right. The only saving grace was chips and salsa and the margaritas."

"I ordered a pound of brisket and a rib dinner with beans and slaw. Tasty cornbread included. I asked for the point slices from the brisket and they obliged with smokey, tender slices that had a perfect amount of smokiness and a good punch of pepper from the rub. The ribs cleanly pulled from the bone and melted in my mouth. This was my 3rd visit and everything has been consistently delicious."

"I've only really been here after dinner hours, so this probably isn't the most comprehensive review, BUT I will say this is a solid place to get sake bombs LOL. Like they're so affordable and something about their cups makes them extra fun to drink. I've been here with friends a few times just for these bombs. I've never had a bad experience here servers and bartenders are nice and on top of it. The line can be a drag at times depending on what time you come, but I'm not sure where else in Downtown San Jose is better. I like how it's relatively upbeat and lively here but isn't too degenerate LMAO. Music is also pretty good on most nights!"

"Having moved from Texas recently my husband and I have been dying for some good barbecue. But we’ve been skeptical it’s been eight months and we haven’t found anything we liked. Passed by here today and decided to try it. Didn’t want to press our luck so we got kids meals with brisket and Mac and cheese. We were both pleasantly surprised. Brisket had a great Smokey taste, macaroni was really good, and it came with a large piece of garlic bread. All for around $10. The kids meal size was pretty satisfying I might add as well. We will definitely be back for some larger portions but we’re happy to have finally found some good barbecue around here."
