"I had a fairly good lunch experience at the restaurant. The food sampled was certainly Italian, and come out quick and very hot. And the dishes presented were to a sensible standard. The owner was very welcoming and our overall experience was good. Would like to come back and sample more offerings."

"I have no idea if they had a different cook or what in the world happened, but I went about a month ago and the food was good, portions were nice. The service did take over an hour but the good food made it worth the while.On this second visit, I was beyond disappointed. I won’t return. The wait time was 1hr and 30 mins for our food. Ordered the same thing as last time but the portion was not even half of what it was the first time. Our appetizer took 40 mins and was burnt. This staff said they were serving 3 restaurants from one kitchen so that’s why they took forever. The waitress never checked up on us or offered us more drinks.Overall, I was super bummed with the food quality, portion and service time. The first visit I ordered the bacon carbonara. You can see in the photo that it was big and beautiful. The photo with the single plate was my second visit. They looked like two completely different dishes.I’m kinda bummed this second visit was such a bad experience because I really liked the food the last time. I wouldn’t give them another chance."

"Absolutely delicious Piazza, served with a personal touch by the friendly owner himself. We ate this pizza the first day we were out and loved it so much, the next day my daughter made us drive 30 miles from SanDiego to Oceanside, so we could eat this pizza again before we went home."
