"Time and day: 4:40 PM. 14th of August (Sunday). Served by a very rude female staff with tan skin and bleached hair. I ordered half chicken and chips and requested both legs, but politely changed the order to quarter chicken and chips when the request was denied. She proceeded to make a fuss about it to her colleague right in front of me, not knowing I speak the language. When the food was ready she simply yelled “ready!”, dropped the food at the counter and just walked away before I even had the chance to get off my chair. Btw, I wasn’t even asked if I was eating in or taking away (I was eating in). Which is all not too bad.. but the cutleries were not even included so I went back inside to request for cutleries coz I was starving and wanted to eat in. She hands me the filthiest cutleries she could find I ended up eating with my hands using the paper bag as a plate. I’ve been going to Ogalos all over Sydney for over 15 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had lol ! Congratulations I’m never coming there again."

"This was among the several eateries I tried, when I used to laze around at Westfield Shoppingtown during my free time, a week before I left Australia. The logo was a bit off-putting, but I'm glad I gave it a try!<br>

As a vegetarian, the only burger option I had was the Veggie Burger. I preferred to go with 'chilli', since I'm a fan of spicy food. I also chose their large chips, chilli sauce and a soft drink can, to make my meal more filling. I was famished!<br>

The burger turned out to be unexpectedly good! It was quite sumptuous as well. The veggie patty in the burger had a distinguished, unique taste which I can't describe! The chips were standard fare, but dipping them in the chilli sauce improved their taste significantly!<br>

The food was served pretty quickly. No issues with that one. This place is good for a quick bite as well as a heavy meal.<br>

"Had an excellent experience here tonight. The Pulled Pork Burger was incredible, the apple slaw gives it a crunch and the bbq jackfruit is so tasty the buns are light fluffy. Also had the Soul B fries, cheese sauce on point and the bacon bits were scarily good, my carnivorous boyfriend was very impressed. All the food came out super quick and the staff were absolutely lovely. After previous experiences at the other stores, the milkshakes have been watery and haven’t had much flavour, I let the staff know and she made me the BEST milkshake of my life. "Mumbai Express is one of those few Indian restaurants in food court that carry the authentic tag with great quality. Whenever we eat in the westfield, we come here than going to Taj on Ground floor or Level 5. Simple reason being good quality food. Veg Biryani, Naans, Samosa, Dal are best. Compared to opening month and now, quantity of biryani has changed little bit but not quality. Friendly staff and friendly owner who's always at the front looking after customers."
