"The occasion was my Mom's 99th birthday. Spengers was very accommodating. Our server Matthew was absolutely delightful and took care of our every need. The Executive Chef came out and spoke with us as well and he was quite the character and all around fun guy. The food: New England Clam Chowder is outstanding. Several of us at our table enjoyed the Lobster Bisque and it was very generous with deliciously large chunks of lobster. My Mom enjoyed her Parmesan crusted sole and I my Linguini with clams...YUM! The fish and chips fell short in a co diner's opinion. He's a bit of a connoiseur of fish and chips and he didn't care for the breading nor the ratio of breading to fish. Sister's mussels were dandy and presented in a rich broth. Niece ordered scallops which were not on the menu at that early in the day. The chef accommodated and she was so happy. Nicely plated on top of brussel sprouts. Very enjoyable dining experience."

"The first time here was definitely great victory for me. We came for a private reserved event that gave us 3 options and these are also large portions. A little small on the inside without AC, but you can eat outside. Not much parking on the street, so I recommend a lyft instead. The bar was great choices and drinks! It's expensive, but you get your money here worth it!"

"Awesome little family owned restaurant. Great lunch menu, portion size and price is perfect. They offer a good variety for lunch choices. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere comfortable and the food is delicious. I ordered the Lamb Saag. The lunch special comes with a main, rice, soup, naan and a salad. You can’t beat this for the price. I highly recommend this place!"
