"Sushis de bonne qualité (fraîcheur et goût) mais peu variés. L'endroit fait cantine et tout juste bon pour un fast-food le midi. MAIS : le poulet sésame sauce teriyaki (chaud) avec une portion de riz vaut le détour, je n'y vais d'ailleurs que pour cela."

"No es un restaurante!!! Es un almacén de comida japonesa, el clásico "take away" con unas mesas por si se quiere quedar a comer ahí. En este sentido, no espere un gran servicio porque no lo hay!!. Ese no es el concepto del sitio. Lo mejor es ir a comérselo al borde del lago aprovechando la magnífica vista que se tiene en los días asoleados.Reiteró, es un almacén que vende sushi de muy buena calidad y a un precio absolutamente razonable para el costo de vida de la ciudad; no es un restaurante.Eso sí, es absolutamente recomendado."

"This is a great spot for a good meal without a ton of fuss. It's across from the Novotel, where I stayed for work, but I didn't actually go until I was staying farther away and I wish I had gone at least once more when it was convenient. The staff are busy, but attentive and the menu is small, but has everything you'd need without a crushing amount of options a nice bistro with a good selection of meals, wines, and cocktails. The steak was cooked just right and the ratatouille was a great compliment as well as the roasted potatoes and light salad. Really solid and fun place to grab a meal."

"I’ve been to Japan many times over the past three years and can say that PakuPaku is up there with some of the best Tokyo and Osaka places I’ve eaten in. The chefs work endlessly and well. The food comes in good sized portions and...is sumptuous. The eel grilled on a stick was sublime. Pork was unctuous. Noodles with veg. a large, slippery plate full. Spring rolls duck and prawn crispy and tasty; good sauces. A nice sorbet to end. Service was good and friendly. The setting is very attractive. A rare stars from me. Well done!"

"A consistent experience as most the reviews suggest: The food is very good and freshly prepared. The service is gentle and maybe sometimes a bit slow (over lunch I usually have time constraints to be back at work, whereas in the evening it’s just...the right speed). Waiter while not Japanese; has a very friendly attitude. The salmon don was delicious and the miso soup also felt smoother than elsewhere. In regards of sizes, I think this is in line with Japanese kitchen, where you are not getting overflowing plates. So ok. And finally, I would agree that it is rather on the expensive side. But it’s worth it."

"From the very beginning the service is fantastic: the waiter is pleasant and helpful and knows the menu by heart. The servings from an entire menu are all tasty and with different mixes. The price is quite accessible for anyone who wants to try two...entrées, one main dish and a dessert with three flavours. Highly recommend it for the cozy atmosphere nearby Carouge."
