"What a bad service and attitude! I ordered two kebabs and was told that it would take 10mins, I could see that they were busy as they had 6 people working behind the counter. No problem as I had to get cash from the cash machine across the road. Which you would have thought that in this day and age they should be accepting card payments! I returned 10mins later and food was not ready so I sat down and waited and waited. After 5mins I asked one of the guys, which there was only 3 behind the counter now, where is my food. He looked at the ticket list confused and I pointed out my order. He then said Oh it’s nearly ready! I waited another 10mins and finally got my food. When paying I said to the guy, I thought you said 10mins, he abruptly and rudely replied, “well we are short staff can’t you see!” What? He had 6 staff working at one point, he must have thought I just walked in and not see them all there!! I will not return because of this and will try the other kebab places in Ashford as there are lots of them and a new one next to the coop."
