"Been a consistent customer for a few years now, the drinks here used to be my favourite but lately the quality of the drinks has downgraded tremendously. I’ve gotten the mango niuniu and mango tea recently, both of which were too sweet or lacked sugar. It does not taste up to standard like before which is incredibly saddening.The atmosphere is not giving bright, welcoming and relaxing vibes like before. The TVs that display the menu are off or either doesn’t work and seems as though they don’t plan on fixing it or turning it on anytime soon."

"I want to love this place but it disappoints. Not sure what I did to make staff angry but they are usually in a sour mood. Out of the three times I’ve tried to get a cafe crema, I’ve only been successful once. We asked for something for a child and they gave us a cake flavoured with liquor. Uses lots of artificial dye in cakes, my child looked like he was wearing a lip stain after having a treat.I think that’s it for me, will not be returning."

"This place was ok. I got the mango drink and my friend got the mango coconut. Price was around $10:50 for each . Mine tasted just like mangos with lime and some chilli spice . I liked the mango but the chilli spice wasn't for me . It was really sweet . My friend said hers tasted more coconut than mango and really sweet too . Prob would come back for mochi but not the drink"

"These Mochi Donuts look amazing and colorful but overall my friends and I didn't like it. The donuts are made fresh to order and the packaging is very nice as well. Some of the flavors tasted very artificial and the mochi aspect of it was definitely higher relative to the donut aspect of it (it was more mochi vibes than donut). It's also quite expensive as well so keep in mind. Check it out yourself though! My favorite was surprisingly the Macha Oreo which was unique and subtle. The staff were very patient and nice."

"Opened very recently and features no nonsense Japanese comfort food, home cooked style. Great prices, portions are quite filling and plenty of seating. A great addition to the neighbourhood!"

"I used to frequent the old location in Markham and it's been awhile since I have had it. The new location is also in a food court and was a bit harder to find but I really like the new the decor which is much cuter than before. They even have their own merch now. They have a variety of Hong Kong style waffle flavours which are interesting and their soft serve is very smooth and creamy. I haven't tried all of them as I usually stick to the same few flavours. My favourite is the Malteser mochi waffle as those are 2 of my favourite things combined into a waffle,with Hojicha soft serve. The staff are also friendly and welcoming."

"The Chinese guy who worked there forced me to get a topping with large green milk tea. It shouldn’t be mandatory to get a topping a large size is it? I rather go to Coco’s never gonna visit this location again. He seems like he hates his job and you shouldn’t be forcing a customer to get a topping if they don’t."
