"This is located at no 3 rd, lots of parking behind, busy, good service. I love that chicken with wine sauce as well as juicy Xiao loong Bao. But the main course red wine duck that highly recommended was disaster. Super salty without taste of wine and presentation look nausea. That need to be improved."

"Another enjoyable dim sum brunch. Doors open at 10:00 AM and as customary the regular Chinese patrons will always step to the front if the queue of patrons waiting to be admitted. Management simply shrugs off this unsavory practise, soon I'll get pissed off and and vote with my feet."

"Stopped here for lunch with some co-workers last week.Orders are placed at the front counter. I ordered the most popular dish, the classic beef pepper rice, and by the time I sat down it arrived in about 2 minutes. The beef and rice tasted pretty good, and they provide extra sauces to add some sweetness or saltiness to the dish. My only real compliant is that the beeff only consisted of maybe 6 bites. Anyone with a decent sized appetite should probably order extra meat, or add a side order of something.Overall, it tasted pretty good, and you pay a little more for it. Probably worth noting that since you "cook" your own food, your clothes tend to smell like your lunch too.Parking available in the complex, but at busy times, can be difficult to find a space."

"My friend and I had never tried Taiwanese shaved ice before, so this was a surprisingly yummy treat. It's a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a bed of ice, surrounded with fruit pieces and sweetened evaporated milk. It sounds terribly sweet and heavy, but it doesn't taste that way at all. It was very refreshing. The shaved ice was very easy to eat, and better texture than a slushy. Plus the fresh fruit is way better than a fruit cup. Then the ice cream: aromatic vanilla. Definitely not supermarket quality. It opens late, and there is a parking lot out front, but I bet it fills up really fast. Seating is good for about 25-28 people, which makes it very noisy in such a small space. Didn't get to try different desserts as there were only 2 of us."

"We came here with some friends looking to fill our bellies with some sweet mango stuff. And filled our bellies we did. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with a strong, sharp smell of--durian. Maybe it was just me, but dang! It was like shoving your face inside the fruit. That's when you know this place use fresh fruits in their desserts. We tried an item from a few categories, from shaved ice, mango drinks, slush, to hot flavoured drinks. All of them, refreshing and delicious. The place is quite small, maybe fits about 20-25 seats max. Most people order drinks to go and the ones that come for shaved ice desserts don't stay long so seats will open up eventually. My fave is the Mango+Coconut drink. So good even on a cold night. We'll definitely be back for more of the same and also other desserts."

"There is so many many Good dim sum Chinese restaurants in Richmond ! some of the restaurants do have the problem with there terrible parking ,that's why a lot of customers try to stay away !this restaurant is good example ,I do hear a great reviews about there Dim Sum and dinner , but I stay away because the parking , (unless you do not mind walk less a block away ! I was in neighbourhood with my girlfriend #3 to see her friends , so we park at there apartment ,and just walk across the road for dinner , surprised at weeknight the parking lot is full already ! the restaurant is in a small plaza ,inside the restaurant is very big ,and the ambiance ,atmosphere is very clean and very relax ,,the staff very friendly ,if you like seafood ,this is the right place ,our friend order the Deluxe seafood set menu , oh ! Mamma Mia ! the King Crab is so big (10 pound and fresh from the tank !delicious ,fresh top quality ingredients remained me in Hong Kong ! the braised Sea Cucumber and Goose Feet is very different , I love every bit ,but I was very upset about the Shark Fin Soup ! I refused to try it ! ,over all ,the food is excellent ,not too much M.S. G .,and not oily at all , the pea tips is little over cooked ! the menu do have a lot to choose from ,price is very reasonable ,good value , attentive services , , very delightful seafood !"

"The food was okay. The facility was disgusting. When I finished my ok meal, I went to the laundry room and just lost my lunch. I live on a farm and have a strong stomach. After using the washing room I started looking at the dining area, I don't think something except the tables has never been properly cleaned since their opening. The lighting is dim, so it is hard to recognize, but once you see it it turns your stomach. This kind of shit should never be in a restaurant. Most road stops are cleaned better. Is there no health inspections in this area?"
