"This was my 3rd visit to this place on Coit. All the time the sandwiches that we ordered are always cold. I emphasized that I want my sandwich hot like fresh, but it?s always cold. I went one time last Dec on K Ave at 8pm. All our sandwiches 6 of us werehot, fresh and so good. If only your sandwiches are freshly made, you can tell, I believe you will have more clients. It?s toobad that even your server are not friendly, and lazy. This is a great comment, not to destroy you but to make your businessbetter. I came at 7pm hardly have any clients. Maybe because of the weather. But seriously speaking, you want more customerslisten to what I wrote and I promise you, your business will be better."

"Okay so I'm coming back to redeem y'all last night I went to Whataburger it was around about 1ish in the morning and got me a sweet and spicy bacon burger and my husband got him a number too. I have to give you all y'all's props because they listen towhat I wanted and my order when I got home let me tell y'all I'm still thinking about this sweet and spicy bacon burger whoeverthat cook was that worked at on the 1st of December at 12:55 in the morning he did his thing I'm still thinking about thatburger it was just right the cashier from the order taker everyone was pleasant and polite and my order take her he listened tome let me tell you that young black king I appreciate him for listening to me when I express my disappointment about my lastvisit and the food that I had gotten but he made sure my onion rings was fresh my burger was fresh when I tell you I'm stillthinking about that burger my husband and I all we can talk about was how good those burgers were and I just want to appreciatey'all because I know y'all get some bad reviews most of the time but I'm here to redeem y'all and it's the staff that wasworking on 12 one of 2022 last night early morning at 12:55 a.m. I give y'all y'all's props because the customer service wasabove and beyond and I really appreciate y'all and I'm going to be coming back from now on thank you that night crew that wasworking and y'all need to get him a raise Whataburger corporation give them a raise"

"Horrible horrible horrible. We just went to go get a good shake for the family. First it takes a couple minutes to even take my order at the drive thru speaker. Then we proceed to wait for 30 minutes in the line of only 3 cars to get to the window. Then Ipay for everything with my card and after a couple minutes they tell us to pull up. After another couple of minutes they tell usthe ice cream machine is not working!!?? So they take my card for the refund and come back with my card and cash. Only $12!. Ididn?t even get my cents back. If you are going to refund you should pay your customers in full! Worst customer service I?veever experienced! Need workers that take pride in their work. This is coming from a young worker too like come on do better."

"This is an extremely solid WB location. I go here regularly, and have never had an issue. Staff is friendly never gets my order wrong, and is always ready after I've ordered thru the app (which I always do and get the rewards points). I love that food isalways fresh and delicious no matter what time I order (I usually get it late night). What can I say, it's the bomb!"

"Worst whataburger ever????Made an online order at 11:20 to be ready at 12:00-12:05. Arrived at 12:00 and they said it wasn’t ready yet. I kept watching the counter, nothing. Lots of people were mad because how long everything was taking. Heard another lady getting her order corrected. Went and asked about my order again at 12:32 and she handed it to us saying “oh I went looking for you”, lie. No one walked out from behind the counter the whole time we were waiting. Didn’t get offered ketchup or napkins or anything. Food was cold. This place is a disgrace to whataburger."

"Amazing service and handling, especially for a game night on Pennington field. My cashier, Jacob W., demonstrated immaculate service and attentiveness. I was waiting for my burger for a while and he noticed and took initiative to get it to me. Not onlythat, but he also worked with me on being able to use the rest of my Whataburger gift card balance then paying with card withouta fuss. On top of the service, the food was good and I would definitely come back to this store to eat and experience"
