"Each time we visited Mint Buffet, from when it opened for business, the food was worse than the previous visit. Quality, presentation, and inconsistency in the way the food was cooked became more and more appalling. On occasions when we brought visitors from out of town, we had to apologise for the awful buffet. Yet we went back, to give them another chance but instead came away regretting it.On one visit, there was a rather unwell bartender - he was seen to be coughing a lot and finally went to 'hide' in the storage area. Before that he was walking around the entire eating area of the restaurant, coughing. Pull up your socks and get the cooks to do better!"

"The dining environment is beautiful. I like the overall decoration style very much, It makes me feel back home. As for food, I didn't expect the portion sizes to be so large. So when I finished my dish I can still pack the left as the part of my next meal. Containers only cost 30c to 50 c according to the size. I really enjoyed all dishes, particularly the Si Chuan style deep fried shrimps, these were amazing! .I can't wait to come and eat here again."

"Tonight after tobaki. we've known this place for a few time. there was a good choice of meat and fed and cooked. the chicken wings were great! as good as any of the specialized chicken joints. The...staff are really efficient in changing their hot plates, which is great as it significantly reduces the smoke that is generated. as much as ever. love this place and under $30 it remains amazingly worth it."
