"Beautiful restaurant. A group of six of us attended, each of us had a cocktail or glass of something. Lovely attentive staff, entrees were excellent and actually very generous portions. The mains were everything we had expected, mud crab was excellent, the Barramundi was equally good. We shared a couple of bottles of good white from their good cellars. All up, very happy, service was both fun and friendly without being over familiar. Great night. Thanks"

"The glorious views are all this place has going for it. 15 of us entered the establishment for a meal and drinks and most of us left disappointed. The service from staff was poor. It was like amateur hour at Fawlty towers without the humor...but full of attitude from all staff. Having previously worked in hospitality, the staff wouldn't last a day working with me. Many better venues in Port Douglas than this one."

"Fabulous little seafood shop on Grant St PD, i was amazed by the options I had. Each day i visited there was something new! & i didnt even have to go to coles. Homemade sauces & condiments & nifty little kitchen aids, family owned, knowledgable, just fantastic. Definitely recommend."

"This is the next of a real neopolitan pizza that I have found for decades everywhere. have not found any pizza bases with this authenticity somewhere in Australia. sauce and fillings were also so. also the atmosphere was excellent. I'll be back soon."

"Food was good and service was fine. Didn’t wait any more than expected and pricing was decent for the venue and quality. One thing that I was told is that is more of a family orientated venue, however there is a more BYO/drinking venue around the corner. Star of Siam owned by the same people."
