"Seng Ghee Char Kuay Teow at this Coffee Shop was good. At RM6 a pop was good value. Tasty and cooked in small portions the Wok Hei was evident. The Fook Kwai noodles or Lum Meen from another vendor was also tasty and worked well with the chilli paste provided. Exceeded expectations. Finally Pork Ball and Meat soup was a winner. Too much food to try the yam rice but maybe next visit. The salted veg added to the soup gave it the right kick."

"Best halal hawker food in town. Love their cha koay teow, hokkien mee and curry mee. Since 1992 already become regular customer to this coffeeshop. Food is yummy and price is reasonable to everyone."

"Her spicy noodles, where really very sharp, which is beautiful. Overall the taste and quality was good. But they were not so cheap, had a (low) additional tax and offered no free water. Not impressed. Kitchen closes at 9.15. Updated from previous review on 2018-12-10"

"We went to this place as another vegetarian restaurant (where we were supposed to be going to was closed. Did not know what to expect but pleasantly surprised. They have a la carte or buffet and we chose for the last one. Nice food, paid 6RM for one plate and 8RM for another which had almost twice as much food on it. Friendly staff. 100% recommended :"

"This place is underestimated. The food is beautiful and very affordable. The spices that are deep-fried with Ayam are from this world. Ayam goreng was very crisp together with kuah madu. My mood for the day has literally improved because of this good food. A plus point is that not many people show up here like other famous Nasi Kandar. I was glad to have come here for lunch!"

"If you're not in the rush, go there after 11am then you don't have to wait long for table, plenty available. Char Koay Teow really good but a bit oily for me Char Hor Fun normal, I think the only one with grouper fish meat in Penang."

"Beautiful ambiente and delicious food. not a very large load, so will not be too crowded. especially for cheese lovers. tomyam is nice with a choice of nude. the menu also includes the western breakfast for those who will pass on to myam. her mocha (hor ka sai) is one of my favorites, similar to her original filiale in batu lanchang, but cafe prices . overall, recommended and would like to come back and try their other selections."
