"We ate last night at L'Original on the recommendation of our hotel and we were delighted with their choice. I don't know we found this place alone. It's on a side street and downstairs. It has a very cozy, intimate...feel and they played great music, but not too loud to disturb. The menu has many different meats (Venison, Wild boar, Bison). I started with the buffalo Mozzarella salad with truffle vinaigrette and it was probably the best salad I ever had. My husband had the beet salad he loved. For the main course we had duck and beef Sirloin, both were cooked for perfection with wonderful vegetables. For dessert they had a special apple crumb with caramel sauce that was delicious. Finally, but most importantly, we had a large server that was attentive and understandable. Very recommended!"

"Although Antonyme has been open for just over a year, yesterday evening was the first time my wife and I had eaten there. But it will definitely not be the last! As is typical of a tapas restaurant, food is ordered in small quantities from a range of options. Antonyme rotates its offerings on a regular basis and last night there were 10 smaller (pequeño) plates and two or three larger (grande) ones. Over the course of the evening we ordered eight of the smaller plates between us, to make sure we could sample widely from the menu. And we were not disappointed. We tried fish cakes, beef tartar, char gravlax, potato and celery soup, all with a delicious range of accompanying vegetables, spices and herbs. There was not a false note in the entire meal everything was fresh and delicious, a real treat to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace. Along with a good selection of wines and a few craft beers, excellent desserts (we had the trio, a kind of sampler) and friendly and helpful wait staff, it made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening out. The restaurant itself is located in a converted house in Aylmer which is at once a charming atmosphere... and a little on the small side. I would suggest that you consider making a reservation to make sure you get a table, especially later in the week. Parking is available behind the building, but it can also be a bit tight. All told, we will be back and we 'll be recommending Antonyme to friends."

"We had dinner at this restaurant.The service was very friendly but some items we chose we're disappointing.I chose 2 appetizers.Salmon tartar big portion but they put too many things in it. I like tartar a lot and I like it spicy but this was disappointing..Then...I had burata served with croutons bur again too much balsamic vinegar that overwhelmed the cheese.My husband had the bruschetta a huge portion.He chose the tagliatelle with mushrooms quite good. The coffee was burnt so they changed it"
