"Looking for a tasty lunch, the Papadopoulos restaurant caught our eye. Idyllically located in a pedestrian street, it already made a nice impression on us outside and we returned after studying the suspended menu. The interior was typical Greek and we enjoyed the mediterane flair at our chosen window, where we were able to observe the driving on the street without being observed even during eating. It was 11.40, the restaurant had just opened and we were the only guests. So the entire attention of the boss who picked up the order and then served was all ours. We did not need the menu because we had already formed an opinion before the door. The choice of my husband fell on the Papadopoulos Grill Plate (9,90€ as well as a large Cola (0,5l for 4,00€ and I chose the fresh mushrooms baked with sheep cheese (6,80€ in tomato sauce and a mineral water (0,3l for 2,40 €). As a supplement there was bread. First of all, the portion with 3 mushrooms appeared to me a little small, but due to the oil content in the sauce, the rich cheese and probably also through the piece of bread (from which I only managed to get half of it, I was very quickly fed. My food was well seasoned (just right for me and my husband was also very happy with the meats served and the pommes. The price/performance ratio was completely ok and we left well saturated and satisfied the locality but not without the promise to return again."

"Ok, so this place looked so cute, the atmosphere was nice, and they happily offered us a table on a short notice reservation on a Saturday night, so 2.5 stars for that…but the staff was just so lost and unhelpful! The waiter took more than...10 minutes to figure out how to seat us and had to move us after we were seated, We have a 3 year old and asked for a child menu or a smaller portion and the waiter said it was impossible (later when we were finished another waitress seemed shocked he would say that and said it should have been an easy request), our waiter could not offer us a wine suggestion, could not add sardellan to a cheese pizza, and when it was time to pay, we said we would pay with card, and he took 10 minutes to come back to us and he forgot the card machine.,.not to mention no one was satisfied with their food! The pizza crust was great but the toppings were too heavy and the mushrooms in our pasta were too large and not cooked long enough."

Darauf muss man erst kommen.

"The name fish temple is truly chosen for this restaurant located directly on the pier of the Travemünder Fischer. Shortly the distance between food products and processors can hardly be. In the hope that the inhabitants of the sea are truly honed here, I returned here in a late afternoon in July 2019. The main house. Admittedly, the main house of its size should be called a shed rather than a temple. The chairs were comfortable, but the tooth of the time has already been visible to them. Interior in the main house. Opposite this house, there is a glass dome on the waterfront. This invites, especially in the warm season, much more for a pleasant seat. The glass pavilion on the shore. A young gentleman was responsible for the service next to several ladies during my stay. He himself acted very open-minded, polite and professional, and at the same time he did not cramp. He also liked to accept amendments. As I came with other guests, taking unfinished food is not a problem at all. There is nothing great to criticize in terms of service. The culinary focus of the menu is certainly not to be explained in more detail: everything other than fish and seafood is fed up and a few more North German classics would be a disappointment. On the other hand, during my visit I was tempted by a meal from the daily offer: the “filled octopus with salad and bread”. As mentioned above, I wanted to make a change from garlic to a black bread, which was also done without price change. Filled otopods with salad and black bread. The small octopods were filled in Mediterranean style with tomatoes, green olives and garlic. He himself, fortunately, was by no means gum-like, but he could have been a little tenderer. Fortunately, well-perceivable red staromas were not saved, although I personally like to have a few more than too little. The filling was juicy and spicy for my taste, only the garlic maybe a little too dominant. So it wasn't the worst decision to give up another overload through a garlic bread. ; Convinced was also the supplemental salad where all components were fresh and crisp. Kohlrabi, red beet and carrots of different colours were draped with the spiral cutter. To this end, a garlic dressing could be portioned according to its own gusto (fortunately: for the octopods already delivered more than enough of its aroma. The black bread was a convenience product, but also not as homemade, and therefore acceptable. This daily dish hit with 14.5 € to beech. On the other hand, in my opinion, quality and quantity (at many there would certainly have been only a single octopus copy, here there were three already just, even if there was no revelation, and it was possible to let the garlic dose share its environment for a long time. As mentioned in the title, you do not have to “advise” the “fishing temple” and its offer, but you can still hope that you get good quality and good service for the required price."
