"We have been here a few times and always enjoyed it! Our most recent visit was no different good choice of both hot and cold mezze dishes. Portion sizes are always plentiful and the food tastes delicious the imam balidi is my favourite! The vegetarian choices are sufficient. This is an under rated place to eat in Oxford and would recommend if you are in Cowley!"

"Wow!! The food is literally incredible! The chicken tagine is one of the best things I have ever eaten! The waiters especially bri (spelt like the cheese without the e) and Brian were lovely and super friendly! The owner was also lovely and took lots of photos of us! And almost forgot I had one of the best margaritas in my life (and I love a margarita). The decor is also crazy and we got to sit on comfy little sofa which was a great touch. Honestly 10/10 would highly recommend."

"It seems that I was wrong to doubt Quod, which on this occasion got both food and service almost exactly right. A set menu like this is an great opportunity for a kitchen to concentrate on a few dishes and make them really good. This is contrast to several restaurants (admittedly rather different from this one) I've eaten in lately that have offered numerous choices, but not done them particularly well. Of course, Quod has its à la carte too, and before making a final judgement I should probably try that. Still, on a weekday lunchtime, I don't think you need it."

"We popped in for lunch not really knowing what to expect and we were very pleasently surprised. This place is fantastic food was great, we had the lunchtime special which really was great value for money. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The wine list was exciting, sadly we could only have a couple of glasses. We were visiting Oxford from Norwich and will certainly pop in when we next visit Ixford"

"I don’t know how they do it but without fail the sushi is fresh. The rice is fresh and fluffy. The salmon and the sea weed. Nothing is dry. Nothing is small. Huge portions. Great prices. I love this place."
