"Went there after two people gave recomendations as one of the best seafood restaurants in Rosarito. Got there at about 5:00 in the afternoon. There was a crowd outside on the sidewalk and inside I saw no table open, but my wife spied one that looked like an afterthought where a man was chopping up coconut for the Camerones de Coco. It appeared as if there were only two waitresses with about 40 customers at this time. The service was really slow and we were not familiar with the menu except for the shrimp and coconut which I had had enough of on the beach earlier and the Steak and Lobster, so I had the steak and lobster. The lobster was in the shell and hung over the tiny table, but it was fine, the steak however was way over cooked. By the time we had eaten the place was empty and suddenly we had service. Just got there an hour too soon"

"There is no doubt that La Guerita still ranks the best for tacos. There Tacos de Lengua are superb, as are their tortas. Well worth a stop for a wonderful snack."

"I really want this place to good but it is a let down most times that I come. I have been coming to this place for years, and the service is consistently horrible for large groups. This time was no different. They never have enough staff when large groups arrive. We didn't get our drinks until 45 minutes after we arrived and our food like hour and a half after we arrived. The waiter told us they had no red wine at all which was a shock in and of itself, but we later found out that it was not true. The waiter never came to offer us additional drinks and we had to go to the bar to get drinks on our own after the first round. When we got our food, the waiter had no idea who got what and mixed up orders. When he looked at the tacos he just guessed what kind they were mixing them up. As all this wasn't bad enough, the food was horrible. The so called rib eye tacos had the meat too tough to eat like jerky. I literally could not chew it. There were also complaints about the octopus as well. I just don't get this place. It could be so much more popular if they got their act together. It is in a beautiful cove and for years. I have been coming here having to deal with bad service, but this time was the first time that the food was literally inedible. Such a shame. Definitely looking for a different option."

"Let me start by saying how I wished I had a fish tacos restaurant like this in my hometown of Medellin Colombia as I would probably stop by daily for the delicious fish tacos! I am visiting friends in Rosarito and so they insisted that I try his go-to place where all the locals go which is Titos and so glad we did. Great service, fast despite them being very busy, reasonable and delicious fish tacos and such a good value for the money. After spending the 4th of July in Tijuana so glad to relax in Rosarito and at Titos on the 5th of July. You have many fish restaurant choices in Rosarito but you must try Titos as it is where the locals go to enjoy simply great fish tacos at a good price."
