"ワイン製造元の自社商品説明会の夕食込のワインティスティングコースで利用しました。場所はハンターバレーの中心を東西に走るOakey Creek Road沿いに有ります。レストランホールからキッチンが見えるのも良い感じ。食事はコースを頂きましたカナッペから始まり、鴨と茄子の前菜、サーモンか牛肉料理のメイン、チョコレートムースかバニラパンナコッタのデザートを頂きました。優雅な時間を各種ワインと共に楽しんできました。"

"After having dined at the Muse restaurant, and some wonderful (and not so wonderful) places in the Hunter, we managed to dine at Muse Kitchen.Not as formal as its big brother - with a light and airy feel - but the wine list and menu are every bit as good. How much did we enjoy this place? we asked when they were changing their menu and booked in for the week after."

"A lovely venue, but only one vegetarian main on the menu. We would have appreciated a choice. The waitress said that they have very few vegetarian guests, and that the chef does not provide any options for vegetarians apart from the single main dish on the menu. This was a great shame as it would have been nice to eat where we were staying."

"We dined at Esca on Saturday evening. We chose the 2 course A-la Carte menu for $60pp and I was a little dubious about it being worth the $60 but the dishes were just lovely. I had the vegetarian option of the mushroom gnocchi and the flavours were outstanding. It was a hard decision for me to go for the vegeterian option but my friend chose the bug tail which came with a melt in the mouth piece of smoked pork jowl which I got to try as well and that was delicious as well.....we both ordered the braised beef short rib and I have nothing bad to say about this dish either....it was divine!!"
