"Pretty good place but it can be busy. Right across from the water in downtown Fernandina. The place is hoppin'. I had the shrimp and grits with andouilli sausage and it was great. Great service. And after 6 there's live music."

"Fried Oysters, Okra and Tomatoes and Yellow Grits. It was wonderful, fresh and well prepared. The Oysters were plump and delicious, lightly breaded, plump and juicy. The Okra and tomato’s was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The yellow grits was the best I have ever had in a restaurant and the beer was ice cold. The service was friendly and efficient. I have not eaten in a better restaurant on the island"

"The order of my mother did not arrive until most of our group had finished eating and she ordered a simple dish. another dish had too much salt and it took forever to arrive for the manager, so we asked for a refund against another order. at checkout, the manager only offered a partial refund so that we do not basically return. also the table next to us outside included two chain smokers, so we were forced to move our children away and at one point I brought them to the playground, only to get away from smoking, even though we still eat. the place has a good location on the water, but the service and food preparation needs help asap!"
