"This WB hits the mark, I am hoping that they remain vigilant and continue serving 1/4 lb hamburgers and not reduce the meat serving like other locations. "These people don't know how to run a drive through whatsoever... why have a second lane if you refuse to it? Why not block it off? I've been here for almost 30 minutes and just got my order taken. Also, they come outside to get your money and then makeyou wait (probably because they know people will drive away frustrated). Guy comes to my window while im still sitting at thespeaker because the line is so backed up because he cant find whose order he has to deliver! Worst service at a drive throughI've ever experienced."

"Well, was going to get my regular burger or even try the new chili cheeseburger. unfortunately I tried the new chicken club. I will say the girl that took my order in Plano at coit rd were both helpful and friendly. the peppercorm ranch chicken club mayhave been okay but there was so much peppercorn ranch I honestly couldn't eat it. I took 2 bites and tasted terrible. chickenwas hot, but threw it away. didn't like cheese they put on it either but mainly while thing was drowning in ranch. even glfastfood cooks should know how to make a sandwich. fries were hot but just seemed different."

"Very disappointed in the food that was delivered via Uber. I usually love Whataburger, but I guess since they sold out, it's going down hill. My burger, the bun, and the toppings were not fresh at all! It tasted like it was leftover from last night! The onion rings AND the french fries also tasted like last nights dinner. The only thing that appeared to be fresh was my husband's burger. You're lucky I don't stop the payment, but if it happens again, I will! This was not the Whataburger I grew up with! ?"
