"I grew up in Texas, and Whataburger has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. This location in Shreveport, however, has completely disappointed me. They are very slow in the lobby and in the drive-thru, which isn't all that unusual at restaurantsthese days, but the food is always cold and stale and greasy. This morning I went in to pick up some breakfast hoping that thistime the experience might be better; I ordered two taquitos and some hash browns, but the girl at the counter rang up threetaquitos. When I told her I had said I only needed two, she told me flat out that I had ordered three, and did nothing to adjustmy order, like she expected me to go ahead and take the three taquitos when I only needed two because I was in the wrong. I knowdamn well what I ordered, so I left without breakfast. Unfortunately for me, because I really enjoy Whataburger, I will not bepatronizing this location in the future. It has been an unpleasant experience every time I have gone there."
