"We entered the drive-thru line, and although we were only behind one car (the occupant of which was asleep due to wait), waited 26 minutes before our order was taken at the drive thru screen. We attempted to provide the new-member offer of a free whopper with the creation of an account by giving the team member the six digit code. To my surprise, the team member was unaware of how any codes went and required an additional five minutes to figure this out. We received a confirmation from this employee that the code was applied to my order. At the window, we were asked 3 times which orders were ours, and what it was compromised of with the team members seeming to have little comprehension of what we were saying repeating the order back to us incorrectly several times. Once this was confirmed correctly, the workers utilized the bag handed back to them from the previous patron rather than giving us a clean and unused bag; this bag even contained old fries from the previous order although none were ordered by me. We were told three different prices starting with approximately $11 at the drive thru screen, and then $13 dollars upon reaching the window, and finally $15 after confirming our order with the team members, which was still incorrect when given to us. When asked about the price changes the worker only replied “it changed”, and when prompted further about the promotion, said our code didn’t work despite already receiving the confirmation on my phone. It was very evident the employee were intoxicated in some manner due to slurred speech and incoherence. This was the hands-down worst experience I have ever had at a drive through, especially to in the end still receive the incorrect order."

"The staff was pleasant and very attentive. We were sat immediately, given coffee and placed our order. The food was prepared quickly and everything was hot and delicious! I even had half of a Greek omelet to take home for later."

"A classic American dinner in Greek style, the type roch is famous. great breakfast, burger, American and Greek foods. very clean and well maintained and the personal is super sweet. the bleu cheese dressing was a joy. absolutely wonderful experience."

"A friendly blonde lady welcomed me to Burger King. Went up and beyond with her knowledge since it was a while since I was king. I told her I wanted some light that she quickly suggested the little cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. I chose the sandwich because I had chicken yesterday, and she did a great job with the suggestion one side. I first told her no, but I couldn't resist the onion rings. They were beautiful and crispy, hot and perfectly seasoned. She also asked me if I had zesty sauce wheat perfect on my burger and I had an extra to take home The other lady (brunette), who served my food, was equally efficient and friendly! I love the extra wide red straw she gave me with my drink! What a great idea. Love the old skool logo. Long live the GRM king!"
