"Lots of flavours and love that they have a lot of nondairy options too! I found that the scoop size varied per server so it sucks when you have a much smaller one compared to others. They have some indoor and outdoor seating but for the indoor seating the couch is really old and broken. Hope they can invest in a better one to make the indoor space more inviting."

"As a local, I love this place for lunch and afternoon meetings. I think it's wrong for it to lose points for not being open at dinner or late. It's a locally owned restaurant with two lovely owners. The food is good, and if you love baking, this is a great spot. My favourite is the quiche and summer berry salad. To die for."

"There were 4 of us, and we all enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and bakery items we got, and the coffee was excellent! Will definitely stop here again the next time we are in Gibsons!"

"Great pub in upper Gibsons. I’m in town for a few days for business and was a bit nervous about food options in a small-ish town. But I didn’t need to worry. The staff at The 101 seem very aware of celiac needs and even went through the menu with me on the phone when I was ordering. Any questions they didn’t know the answer to, they asked the kitchen. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times was delicious! First time was a blackened chicken sandwich on a GF bun with a side Caesar (no croutons) and the second time was a Vietnamese rice bowl. Delicious!"

"My husband, brother, sister in law and I were on our way to Vancouver and we stopped for breakfast, my husband and I ordered 2 BELTs and 2 coffees (pretty simple right?!) and my brother and sister in law order 1 breakfast wrap and a BELT with out the bacon (also pretty simple too right?) Our order came 1st, we didn't check it because we knew our order was simple, when my sister in law checked hers she had a BELT with bacon and no lettuce or tomato, so back she went to get what she ordered, finally she got it back but the bagel was not toasted, she gave up bcuz we had to catch a ferry. When my husband and I got to the ferry parking lot we finally looked at ours, both of our BELTs had egg and bacon, no tomato or lettuce. Later that day I had talked to a couple other couples who had gone here the day before also said they screwed up on there orders too. After hearing all there stories and my own I don't think we will be stopping here again."

"Appalling service. Ordered one dessert which still hadn’t arrived after 35 minutes. I asked a waitress 3 times what the problem was and was told it was coming. It didn’t! I paid for what d already had and left. And I won’t be back again!!"
