"Great pizzas, value and service. Their gluten free base is the best I've ever tried. We stayed in Traralgon over the long weekend and are glad we found this little gem. It's a shame Pax Hill isn't closer to our home. Highly recommended by us all."

"I recently took my Grandson to Schnitz for dinner. Had booked a couple of days before to make sure we got in seeing they are only allowed 20 patrons at a time . It was good to see they were sticking to all the set Covid regulations. We had a table near the window which is also near the fire so it was very comfortable . The staff were friendly and soon had our meal on the table, The Grandson had the Itty Bitty Pack, chicken, chips, choice of sauce and a small juice, I had the schnitzel, chips side salad. It was all quite good, salad was fresh with a nice dressing and the chips are very tasty. We left their very satisfied. Walk past the place every day but this is the first time to have a meal, we will return. The main reason we tried it was that they support the Grandsons football club, good on them for that ."

"Ordered the garlic cheese cob with bacon. Amazing! Suitable to share amongst 4 people. <br/>I ordered the gnocchi lamb and it was one of the best gnocchis i have ever had...sauce was delicious and the lamb just melted in your mouth.<br/>My partner ordered the chicken mushroom cheese parcel with chips and salad and that too was both filling and tasty!<br/>Will Definitely return"
