"We used to love the food of Oscar when he was head chef at the Bell in Ticehurst. The South American influences elevated it to another level. Then, after a number of years, he left and we finally managed to meet up again at the...Stile Inn, a 30 minutes journey from Ticehurst. We were not disappointed! Wonderful tasty and quirky food as always and a very warm welcome. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy his inspired dishes."
