"The food was really good. It took a while to get the food, but it's a big restaurant and was very busy. The pancakes were somewhat understated, but the server was fantastic. Would definitely go back."

"I have NO idea what people are talking about on here when they say that the Craftsman has bad food... Craftsman Chop Company has some of the BEST food I've had anywhere in the Kalamazoo area! Their staff is friendly AND knowledgeable. I love that the owners genuinely care how your dining experience goes- last time I went on a Saturday night and they came around with glasses of champagne for everyone waiting!! AND Craftsman is one of the few places in the area that takes reservations... which I made for next time. DEFINITELY RECCOMMENDED."

"Hadn't eaten at the DQ in years. Decided to give it a try on a whim. Ordered burger, fries and chicken strips. All tasted the same. Same oily taste and smell in all of it. Can't believe we used to like this as kids. Icecream good, but a hard scoop icecream shop down the street opened up and we prefer that place when it's open in the summer. Always liked the peanut butter parfait, but don't want it due to the calories. Check out their calories on everything and you'll freak out. LOL I make way better banana splits at home. Tastier and healthier for me and my wallet."

"There was a spectacular young worker named Evan Bierlein I think he was just fantastic. The urgency of any order he would deal with with the most delicate precision and courtesy in a timely manner, while still a huge experience with every customer almost all of himself. He really feels like we've been friends for years. An absolutely phenomenal worker. We need more employees like him and not like the managers who have done nothing in their backs. Thank you."

"Absolutely delicious! I wouldn't even have noticed this place if Google didn't show up looking for Dessert, but I'm so glad I found it! The dishes and drinks are as amazing as their gelato and with authentic pearl sugar Belgian waffles, I was blown away and enthusiastic! I wish they would work with GrubHub or something, but I think that means I have to come more often personally if I can, haha! I took the cookies and cream purple to go with my waffle, and I loved it! Your mango yogurt smoothie and Mediterranean Piadina were also super tasty and great for a quick lunch!"

"I’m sad to give this place a two star but I have to. The quality coffee is terrible. I think the latte I received was made with instant coffee. The hot cider was barely hot and tasted like watered down apple juice. I visited the coffee truck at the farmers market. There is sooo many good reviews that I’m a bit confused. Maybe I need to try out the coffee shop? It would be so odd if they used different ingredients in their shop vs their truck. I’m willing to give this place another try. The lady was friendly"
