"Been to this restaurant for lunch after read the review. We ordered two big dishes, they're very salty! We asked for 2 cups of hot water to go with the food, it came as 3 CHF per cup! It was not mentioned anywhere nor pointed out by the waitress on additions charges. We then spoke with the manager before paying to point out that these charges should be clear up front, and we felt unfair with these charges. However, the manager's altitude was poorly and he was telling us that we're in the wrong country because we informed him that these charges should have been made clear at the beginning. After travelling around Switzerland for almost a month, we have never expected such a terrible customer service! Despite the waitress was very friendly and served us well, the management was terrible - not listening to suggestions (we didn't even complaint apart from the manager telling us how he runs the business by making money from drinks and so on.) We're not in the wrong country but definitely in the wrong resultant! There're better places to have food in the square, avoid this one if you don't want to be ripped off."

"Best: cleanest buffet I 've seen. All allergens (and other specs) listed in Swiss German and English, and I was pleasantly surprised that most did not contain fillers or soy (soja). A wide variety of favors and cuisines. Huge outdoor seating area. Close to trams. Friendly and fast service with quick turn over for seating. I loved the almond-lemon hummus. The jalapeño popper was just the right amount of heat with a nice, crunchy shell. The corn pizza, which was a polenta with tomato sauce was seasoned well. For dessert, stick to the fresh cream and fruit. Not so great: so expensive, about $30E per person. The warm apple cake was dry."

"What has changed? The once great service was now surprisingly poor. Although many tables were free, we were only given the choice between the table directly by the toilet or a table in the aisle. Finally we were given a table for four with the threat that if anyone else came, they would be seated next to us. Even though everyone in service was rushing around hectically and the restaurant was already empty, you had to wait a long time for service. The mussels were sensational as always. When paying with a credit card directly at the bar, the waitress pushed me into the aisle with a short excuse me because she had to go to the cutlery and pushed me back in front of the credit card terminal with a second short excuse me because she had to go through the aisle ."
